A Texas woman was shocked when the chicken she was preparing for dinner fell apart into stringy pieces. Alesia Cooper from Irving, Texas, shared a photo of the raw chicken on social media, noting that pasta was not on the menu that night. The chicken had started disintegrating as she washed it, turning into spaghetti-like strands. In her now-viral Facebook post, Cooper wrote:
“I’ve been debating on posting this, but since I had to see it, so do y’all.” She said she was preparing dinner for her kids when the chicken began to shred in her hands. Cooper mentioned that she had bought the chicken from the budget store Aldi and joked, “I think it’s that fake meat but I’m not sure.”Social media users quickly jumped in with their theories, suggesting the chicken might have been lab-grown or even 3D-printed. Some speculated it was a new type of lab-produced chicken due to recent bird flu outbreaks and resource shortages.
